    Fine Folks Edition II

    Fine Folks Edition II

One of the joys in our day at Nest is chatting with folks from near and far, hearing their stories, discussing the latest topics in the Tumba Times, local grapevine, Radio National or occasionally about the weather. Today we'd like you to meet one of our very own Nestys; she comes with a contagious laugh, can be found cooking up allsorts of delights in the nest kitchen and has now pronounced the country life far better living than the city she grew up in. (we like to think Nest contributes to this & so glad to have her!)

Natalie Haslett aka Nat... Regular size Skim Latte

N: WHEN DID YOU FIRST COME ACROSS NEST?
Nat: My husbands 30th pizza beer party

N: DESCRIBE NEST IN FIVE WORDS
D: Inviting, friendly, great food, relaxing (Nat is known to spend her days off hanging out with her delightful little baby Isabella right here at Nest)

N: HOW LONG HAVE YOU RESIDED IN TUMBA SHIRE?
D: It is nearly 4 years since I moved to be with my husband Dan who is a local

N: BEST MEAL YOU LAST ATE?
D: Asian Chicken Stack! Birthday lunch at Nest - happy birthday Nat!

N:WHERE'S YOUR FAVOURITE PERCH AT NEST?
D: On the couch with a coffee.  You'll rarely see her sit though when she's at work!

    N: FAVOURITE FILM?
Nat: A Time To Kill ( I asked if that was because of Matthew Mcconaughey as Nat's a known fan but no she assured me it has a great story)

    N: LAST BOOK YOU READ?
Nat: Good Night Mr Tom in year 8.  Hahahaha she made me laugh but then Nat remembered she did read Someone Elses Daughter the Anita Cobby story when she moved here.

N: WHO DO YOU LIKE TO HECKLE MOST AT NEST?
    Nat: All customers, especially Damien!

Thanks Nat for stepping up to the worldwideweb interview.  We really do love our Nat, she sure is a darn hard worker, makes fun wherever she goes and cooks up a mean meringue cake, among many other talents.  You are not allowed to leave Nest or Tumbarumba Shire Natalie Haslett.
