Spring Kitchen Workshop - Fermenting

In this round the table workshop, you will learn to make three methods of fermenting food and drinks with FarmHer, preserver, pickler and fabulously fun lady Louise Freckelton of Highfield Farm & Woodland.
After coffee and introductions we will make five different ferments from around the world that you can incorporate in your own kitchen. As you explore with Louise the why, what, where of these time honoured techniques you'll be inspired by health benefits and flavours, take home recipes and a range of skills to apply fermenting in your daily life.
Tickets $95pp include coffee and lunch featuring ferments you could serve up in a formal luncheon or family picnic.
